This update is designed to enhance the shopping experience and help you drive faster sales.

What’s AI Review Summary?

Customer reviews play a huge role in building trust and influencing purchase decisions. Studies show that 99.9% of online shoppers read reviews before buying, and products with 101–500 reviews tend to convert best.

But having too many reviews can make it harder for customers to read through them all — they might scroll endlessly and lose focus.

That’s why we built AI Review Summary.

AI automatically analyzes all product reviews and summarizes them into a short paragraph, highlighting key customer insights. This helps shoppers quickly understand the overall sentiment and make confident, faster buying decisions — without scrolling through hundreds of reviews.

Along with the summaries, we’ve added AI Review Tags — smart labels that help shoppers easily find reviews about specific topics like material, durability, fit, or delivery.

Together, these AI features create a smoother shopping journey, helping increase conversions, reduce returns, and boost customer satisfaction.

How to Add AI Review Summary

You can now add AI review summaries to your Review Display and Review Snippet widgets.

1. Go to Settings / Show reviews / Widgets
2. Select Review Display or Review Snippet
3. Click Customize
4. Scroll to Information display and tick AI review summary

Voilà! Your review summaries and tags will now appear on your storefront.

You can also manage them easily — click View all summaries to publish or unpublish summaries for specific products.

• Simplified review submission: Customers can now submit reviews via link or QR code without email verification.
