Enhanced Customer Experience

Customers no longer need to re-enter their information when submitting multiple reviews. When a customer writes a review for the first time, TrustShop now saves their name and email in localStorage, automatically populating these fields for future reviews. This creates a seamless experience that encourages more customers to leave feedback.
๐ฑ Shopify Customer Account Integration
Customers can now write reviews, manage their existing reviews, and access their review-based discounts directly through their Shopify Customer Account. This integration creates a unified shopping experience and makes it easier than ever for customers to engage with your products.
๐ฌ Increased Video Review Size
We’ve increased the maximum upload size for video reviews from 10MB to 50MB, allowing customers to share more detailed and higher quality video feedback about your products.
Improved Merchant Controls

Based on merchant feedback, we’ve added the ability to customize the “Write a Review” call-to-action button in review request emails, allowing you to match your brand voice and style.
๐ Enhanced Report Management
Managing reported reviews is now more efficient with the ability to resolve reports, unpublish, or delete reviews directly from the report review tab, streamlining your review moderation workflow.
๐ Free CSV Import
We’ve made the custom CSV review import feature available to all users, including those on the free plan. Now every merchant can easily migrate existing reviews into TrustShop.
Redesigned Interfaces
โจ Revamped Review Submission Page
We’ve completely redesigned the review submission page that customers access from email links. The new design incorporates your brand elements, including your logo, social media information, and store address, creating a cohesive and branded experience.
๐ง Improved Email Footer
Review request emails now feature an enhanced footer that includes your shop address, mobile app download links, and social media connections for Telegram and WhatsApp, helping to strengthen your connection with customers.
