We are excited to announce the launch of our new pricing policy for TrustShop, effective immediately. Our aim is to offer flexible options that meet the diverse needs of our users, whether you’re just starting out or managing a large enterprise.

Pricing will be effective from September 1, 2024. Applies to customers who installed before August 9, 2024.

Here’s an overview of our new plans:

Explanation

Email quota
The email quota determines the number of emails you can send based on the number of orders per month.

For instance, the Basic plan allows for email notifications equivalent to 50 orders per month.

Note:We only calculate the quota based on the number of your orders, not the number of review request emails you send. e.g., if you enable all 3 emails: request reviews, reminder request reviews, and thank you. Even if all 3 emails are sent, we only count it as one.)

Discount voucher

The Discount Voucher feature allows you to set up automatic discount codes for customers. These discounts can be tailored based on the quality of reviews, such as reviews with images or videos. This feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise plans.

By offering discounts, you can encourage more customers to leave detailed reviews, enhancing the credibility and attractiveness of your products.

Note:If you use the FREE plan and have enabled the voucher discount feature before the release of the pricing, the email request reviews will still include the voucher discount as you had previously set. However, you will not be able to edit the voucher discount.

Google Shopping Reviews

Google Shopping Reviews integration allows you to display your product reviews directly on Google Shopping listings, enhancing visibility and credibility. This feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise plans.
By leveraging Google Shopping Reviews, you can effectively showcase customer feedback where it matters most, driving higher engagement and conversions.

Note:If you use the FREE plan, the reviews you have submitted to Google Shopping will remain and will not be lost. However, any new reviews will no longer be uploaded to Google Shopping.

Reviews Page

The Reviews Page feature allows you to create a dedicated page on your store that showcases all customer reviews. This feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise plans.

Having a dedicated Reviews Page helps build trust and transparency by displaying all customer feedback in one place, making it easier for potential buyers to read and make informed purchasing decisions.

Note:If you use the FREE plan, the Reviews Page created before the release of the pricing will still exist. However, you will not be able to edit it.

Reviews Testimonial Widget

The Reviews Testimonial Widget feature allows you to display selected customer reviews prominently on your store’s homepage or other key pages. This feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise plans.

By showcasing positive testimonials, you can highlight customer satisfaction and build trust with new visitors, encouraging them to make a purchase.

Note:If you use the FREE plan, the Reviews Testimonial Widget created before the release of the pricing will still exist. However, you will not be able to edit it.

Upload Videos by Reviewers

The Upload Videos by Reviewers feature allows customers to upload videos along with their reviews. This feature is available in the Standard and Enterprise plans.

By enabling video uploads, customers can provide more detailed and credible feedback, giving potential buyers richer insights into the product and enhancing trust.

Note:If you use the FREE plan, the videos that have been uploaded will remain intact, but you will not be able to upload new videos.

Customize Review Widget (*)

Customize the widget’s style to match your brand’s aesthetics. This includes choosing layouts, themes, color schemes, and the type of information displayed.
